As an avid game board fan, I have to admit it is more fun to see the expression on the faces of those who played a great word in Scrabble, or a screaming with joy player, that just bought their 10th house in Monopoly. As far as the grandkids, even though I have joined the ranks in the WII phenomenen, and currently rank record breaker in bowling, a slow tear may escape me as I sentimentally recall playing "Chutes and Ladders" with my kids and the infamous "candyland". However, my never-say-die, 5 year old grandson just last week asked me to play the card game "Fish" with him, so perhaps traditions will stand...we can only hope. Puddle Pam worked hard to bring us this beautiful site and all the information and opportunities to respond and comment.
