I work from home as a notary. I do mobile notary work for those who aren’ t able to travel, meaning that I go to their home, nursing home or hospital to do their notarizations. This may not be practical for you, depending on your kid’ s ages, but it’ s a great way to get out and about and to meet people in your community.

Very well said, Puddle Pam. As an avid game board fan, I have to admit it is more fun to see the expression on the faces of those who played a great word in Scrabble, or a screaming with joy player, that just bought their 10th house in Monopoly. As far as the grandkids, even though I have joined the ranks in the WII phenomenen, and currently rank record breaker in bowling, a slow tear may escape me as I sentimentally recall playing "Chutes and Ladders" with my kids and the infamous "candyland". However, my never-say-die, 5 year old grandson just last week asked me to play the card game "Fish" with him, so perhaps traditions will stand...we can only hope.

Puddle Pam worked hard to bring us this beautiful site and all the information and opportunities to respond and comment. With our shard gratitude, we hope you will continue to listen in, and even more importantly, give us your comments, ideas and suggestions. We LOVE our Puddle People Pals...young or younger!

Watch out for those puddles!

Hi Pam!
Just stopping by...I hope to listen to your show on Saturday and call in. Mornings are sometimes hard for me to call in though...but I'll try if I have anything to contribute and am able. Thanks for posting this. I have been singing the popcorn song to my kids..it's cute! Let me know when/if you want to talk on my show again and if you want to talk about any of your projects. I have been fortunate to get a couple guest speakers this month and am hoping to line up more in the future, since it's so hard to keep it going on my own. Hope to see you at mamastimeout :)
